In the final part of the Doctor Who spin-off, Captain John Hart returns with one thing on his mind: to exact his revenge on Captain Jack and the rest of the Torchwood team. Taking Captain Jack prisoner, John sends him back in time for a long overdue reunion.
Without their leader, the other members of Torchwood find themselves in a city overrun with Weevils, on the brink of destruction. They know that they must rescue their leader from the clutches of evil Captain John if they are to have any chance of saving Cardiff. But what price will they have to pay?
