TV beauty Jill Halfpenny has tied the knot with fellow actor Craig Conway.
The ex-EastEnder, who is currently starring in school drama Waterloo Road, got hitched at St Andrew's Church in Newcastle upon Tyne on Saturday, according to the Daily Express.
The happy couple's transport was a white hackney cab with red cushions.
A spokeswoman for Jill said today: "It is true that the wedding took place on Saturday in a church in Newcastle."
Craig had three best men, according to the paper, including actor and filmmaker Phil Hoffman. The couple are currently on their honeymoon at an unknown location.
Jill's career was launched by youth drama Byker Grove before roles in EastEnders and Coronation Sreet. Her dancing has also landed her on primetime TV.
Two years ago she and her professional dance partner, Darren Bennett, were crowned Champion of Champions in BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing show, although the star confesses that she hasn't danced much since.
