Davina to become Ultimate Big Brother housemate!

Davina McCall is set to enter the Ultimate Big Brother house as a 'guest' housemate, according to the Mirror.

The paper reports that the presenter will spend a day in the house after months of persuading show producers to allow her to go in.

Speaking during the recording of Alan Carr's Chatty Man, Davina said, "I've watched it so much I reckon I've got it down on how to be the perfect housemate."

However the 42-year-old will leave the house before bedtime at the request of her husband Matthew Robertson.

"He said 'you sleeping is the only bit of you I get to myself'," she revealed. "That's quite a winner isn't it?"

Davina added that despite being a self-confessed Big Brother addict she was unsure whether she would stay with the show if the rights were bought by Five next year.

"I've spent a year saying goodbye," she said, "and I don't know if that's the natural time for me to say goodbye and let somebody else take the helm."
