Jack Tweed has denied two counts of raping a teenager.
Jade Goody's widower allegedly met the 19-year-old at a West End nightclub before taking her to his home in Brandesbury Square, Repton Park, Woodford Green, east London, and attacking her.
Tweed, 22, who appeared by video link from Pentonville Prison at a hearing at London's Snaresbrook Crown Court, pleaded not guilty to the two counts, which relate to an alleged attack on September 4 this year.
His alleged victim cannot be named for legal reasons.
Co-defendant Anthony Davis, a 25-year-old estate agent, of Stradbroke Drive, Chigwell, Essex, who is on bail, appeared in court where he also entered a plea of not guilty to two counts of rape.
Judge David Radford remanded Tweed in custody and set a trial date of April 12.
The trial is expected to last two to three weeks.
It is alleged Tweed met the woman at the Embassy club in Mayfair before inviting her back to his townhouse and attacking her.
Tweed, who married Big Brother star Goody, 27, shortly before she lost her battle against cervical cancer in March, was arrested later that day.
