Nasty Nick to re-enter Big Brother on Monday

One of Big Brother's most infamous housemates, 'Nasty' Nick Bateman, is to return to the house on Monday.

Nick caused outrage in the first series of Big Brother in 2000 when he was kicked out of the house by producers for breaching rules when he passed notes to try and influence nominations.

He was confronted over his devious activities by the eventual winner, Craig Phillips, a showdown that remains one of Big Brother's most dramatic incidents.

The house will celebrate Big Brother's 10th series on Monday with Nick's surprise return. He will take on his former nemesis - the assault course - and pit his fitness against a current housemate.

On the same day, a group of three ex-housemates from Big Brother 3 will take part in an egg and spoon race. A current housemate must predict the winner to succeed in the task.
