Alesha: 'Speak up if you're being bullied' (VIDEO)
27/01/2012 - 16:40

Alesha Dixon has told teenagers to speak up if they're being bullied or abused, because so many others understand and can help.
The Britain's Got Talent judge said: "When somebody's a bully they're generally quite fearful and insecure as a person and I think the way to handle them is to stand up to them and realise that these's something behind the facade they put on...
"I think it's really important if you are being bullied or you are seeing abuse at home, whatever circumstances you may be in, that you say something... The minute you say something you'll find that there are so many people out there who are experiencing what you're experiencing and understand."
Alesha was contributing to the new Channel 4 series Gok's Teens: The Naked Truth, which premieres in early February.
