TV stars set to pep up Celebrity Big Brother tasks

Celebrity Big Brother contestants are set to face tasks devised by TV stars in a bid to spice up the last series, according to the papers.

The Sun reports that Countdown maths whiz Rachel Riley has already signed up to test the celebrities' maths skills - while producers are also keen to get Kirstie Allsop on board to set them housemaking challenges.

And according to the paper the TV stars will enter the Celebrity Big Brother compound to speak to the contestants - the first time this has been done on the show.

"The plan is to surprise the celebs and do something different," a show insider said.

"The tasks are one of the most popular parts of the show and producers have been thinking how to spice them up."

The celebrities are due to enter the house on January 3, with rapper MC Hammer, singer Boy George, Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss and Baywatch star Pamela Anderson among those tipped to take part.
