Corey: 'I had no idea what I was getting into!'

Corey Feldman has admitted he wouldn't have taken part in Dancing On Ice if he'd known how gruelling it would be.

The Goonies actor - the latest celeb to be booted off the ITV1 contest - confessed he found it 'very, very difficult'.

Speaking on ITV1's This Morning, he said: "I had really no idea what I was getting myself into, and quite surprisingly it was very, very difficult.

"It's a lot of work, it's a lot of hours that you have to put in to it. I mean obviously I'm a actor, a film actor, so I was working on two films at the beginning of the show when we all started training. And basically the regimen was you're supposed to have 30 hours of training on your own before you meet your partner, and I actually only had eight."

Corey continued: "I don't know if I would do it again - if I would put myself through that again - but honestly if I could go back to zero and start fresh, I probably wouldn't have taken the commitment with knowing that I had other things in my schedule."

The 40-year-old also chatted about his dancing skills and said he wouldn't take part in Strictly Come Dancing because his authority on the dancefloor would be unfair on other contestants.

Corey, who picked up many of his dancing tips from his late friend Michael Jackson, said: "That wouldn't be a challenge and it wouldn't really be fair to the other contestants, do you know I mean?

"I felt that this [Dancing On Ice] was appropriate because I was challenging myself, it was pushing me to do something that I had never done."
