Dancing On Ice: Danniella takes the lead!
14/03/2010 - 20:23

Danniella Westbrook caused an upset in Sunday's Dancing On Ice by snatching the top spot on the judges' scoreboard ahead of Hayley Tamaddon.
The EastEnders actress had been the favourite to get the boot from the competition after landing in the skate-off for the past two weeks.
However she staged a dramatic comeback on this week's show - which saw the five remaining celebrity skaters incorporate props into their routines - and ended up with 27.5 from the panel, the highest score of the night and one point ahead of Hayley.
Danniella's routine, to the Roxette hit The Look, saw her spinning round the ice on an office chair, while dressed as a sexy secretary.
"This is only the second time I've had goosebumps this series," Emma Bunton told her. "Sexy Danniella is back!"
Hayley - who scored the first perfect score of the series on last week's show - still fared well, getting 26.5 out of 30 for her performance which featured an umbrella.
Emma described the Emmerdale star's performance as "beautiful and seamless" but added, "There was something missing for me tonight."
And Robin Cousins told her, "That was a little bit nice for me."
Danny Young, meanwhile, was just behind the leaders with his best score yet of 25.5. His routine, to
McFly's All About You, made use of an orange bowler hat.
"You captured the character from the off and made use of it which excited me," Nicky Slater said.
Hollyoaks' Kieron Richardson finished fourth on the scoreboard, and received praise from the judges for his use of a microphone stand in his routine. "It was full on for you, you really turned it up a notch tonight," Jason Gardiner said.
Gardiner also had positive words for Gary Lucy, who finished in last place on the scoreboard after skating with canes to the classic Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick.
"You upped your game this week," he said. Robin Cousins, meanwhile, told Lucy he was "right on the money".
