David Seaman divorces over Dancing on Ice affair

Former England goalkeeper David Seaman was divorced by his second wife on Thursday over his affair with Dancing on Ice skater Frankie Poultney.

The ex-Arsenal star walked out on 47-year-old Debbie last year after she learned of his secret fling with Frankie, currently skating in the ITV1 competition with ex-Coronation Street actor Danny Young.

David appeared on the first series of Dancing on Ice in 2006 and met Frankie last year during rehearsals for the show's nationwide tour.

Debbie was granted a "quickie" divorce on Thursday after David admitted adultery, reports The Mirror.

District Judge Richard Robinson announced a decree nisi at the High Court Family Division in just three minutes 25 seconds.

After 11 years of marrriage, Debbie is understood to be entitled to up to half of David's £4 million fortune.

David and Debbie have two children, Georgina, nine, and eight-year-old Robbie eight.

David also has two grown-up sons Dan, 24, and Thomas, 22, with first wife Sandra, whom he divorced in 1985 after confessing to an affair with Debbie who worked as an Arsenal receptionist.
