Emma Bunton: I'll tell Dancing on Ice's Jason off!

New Dancing On Ice judge and former Spice Girl Emma Bunton has claimed she's ready to tell harsh panelist Jason Gardiner off.

The star will replace Ruthie Henshall in the fifth series which is set to kick off early next year and claimed that she is not scared to stand up to judge Jason.

Emma told This Morning: "I've known Jason for a while and I tell you what, I'm going to be telling him off. Sometimes he needs to be constructive!"

She also explained that she's there to judge the celebs' dancing abilities, while Nicky Slater, Robin Cousins and Karen Barber have backgrounds in skating.

Emma said: "I'm there for the performance, the connection with the audience, the choreography.

"I've been performing a long time now and I know what I want to see in the performance - and that's going to be a big part of it for me."

But the singer revealed that she has been skating, saying: "I can get around a rink quite well."
