Heather Mills's ex-nanny launches legal bid
29/03/2010 - 09:34

Heather Mills' former nanny is launching a legal battle against her ex-employer.
Sara Trumble, 25, is seeking compensation over allegations of sex discrimination and unfair dismissal.
Ms Trumble also alleges she suffered changes to her employment terms following her maternity leave.
Heather, who appeared on Dancing on Ice earlier this year, was awarded £24.3 million following her high profile divorce from Beatle Sir Paul McCartney in 2008.
Since the split she has opened a vegan restaurant in Hove, East Sussex named VBites.
The former model and charity campaigner, who lost a leg when she was hit by a police motorcyclist in 1993, met Sir Paul at an awards ceremony in 1999 while giving a speech about her anti-landmines charity.
The pair married in June 2002 and their daughter Beatrice was born in October the following year.
Ms Trumble's case will be heard at an employment tribunal in Ashford, Kent, and is listed to last four days.
