Suzanne Shaw: 'Marriage is like a big, cosy duvet'
04/08/2009 - 10:11

Suzanne Shaw says her new marriage feels like a safety blanket.
The Dancing On Ice winner, who tied the knot with DJ Jason King last month, told Closer: "Married life is fantastic, it's like a big, cosy duvet - I feel so comfortable."
And she told New!: "I feel a lot more safe in life, it's a wonderful feeling.
"I feel so much better now. I just feel more secure and content.
"I think when you click with someone, you just know. When you are willing to struggle through the hard times in a relationship and you are willing to put that work in, then it's right."
But Suzanne got hit with a case of nerves as she walked down the aisle.
"I was really nervous. I can perform on stage in front of hundreds of thousands of people, but I found it hard to walk down the aisle with 270 guests looking at me," she admitted.
The mum-of-one also revealed she is looking forward to more kids.
"The minute I got married, I felt that if I fell pregnant now, it would be a good thing. If and when it happens, it would be wonderful. Jay would like two more, so I've said we'll see!" she said.
