Ten years in and there's no let-up for the gullible... I MEAN BRAVE... celebrities willing to sacrifice their comforts and bunk down with bugs and creepy crawlies in the Australian jungle.

Producers have promised the 'biggest and baddest' series of I'm a Celebrity.... Get me Out of Here! and when you consider Kangaroo anus was on last year's menu, viewers can only shudder to think what demonic tasks and trials lie ahead. But that's what makes the show so special... Seeing the stars deprived of make-up, sanitary facilities and, worst of all, mirrors and being pushed to the very limits of their characters.

Names in the frame this series include Britt Ekland, John Leslie, Gail Porter, Linford Christie, Nigel Havers and Jedward. But we won't know their identities for certain until the celebrities make their way into the jungle on Sunday night.

Last year's winner, TV chef Gino D'Acampo has this tip: "If you're the man feeding the camp, you're Mr Popular with fellow contestants. But I think to win you have to just be yourself and be a good person."
