Sinitta: 'X Factor's Daniel can't sing'

Simon Cowell's sidekick Sinitta has revealed that she would not have picked Daniel to be an X Factor finalist if she was a judge.

She also criticised the selection of Girlband and Bad Lashes. She said: "If I were a judge I would not have picked Daniel just because he could not sing, nice guy but no".

Daniel was voted out by judges Simon, Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole to save singer Rachel Hylton.

The eighties singer, who helped Simon to pick his final three acts at his house in Barbados, said she had already picked out the person she would least like to win the show.

Sinitta said: "I would have to say Ruth. People will kill me for that and I do love her but I think as an overall pop star I think the others are more right for X Factor."

She would like Alexandra to win - but doesn't think she will.

"I think that Alexandra deserves to win The X Factor but I believe that Eoghan will win," she admitted.
