Laid-back cabbie Lloyd Mullaney (Craig Charles) has a cheeky line in chat and an eye for the ladies. He's a decent bloke and women find it easy to take advantage of him.
2005 Blags a job at Street Cars. Buys Dev Alahan's share in the business. Moves into flat above cab office. Dates gobby factory worker Kelly Crabtree but continues to see another woman. Saves Steve and his girlfriend Ronnie Clayton from her gangster husband, who's holding them at gunpoint. Kelly finds out about his other woman and sneaks a laxative overdose into his drink.
2006 Feuds with Street Cars partner Steve McDonald when Steve beds Kelly. Dumps Kelly.
2007 Rescues Becky Granger from fire at Roy's Rolls. Has a brief relationship with Jodie Morton.
2008 Believes Teresa Bryant when she tells him he's her son Finlay's dad. She cons him out of money until the truth comes out: he's not Finlay's father. Begins secret relationship with Liz McDonald in December.
2009 Thumped by Steve when he finds out about affair with his mum. Tells Michelle Connor, Steve's girlfriend, about his affair with Becky Granger. Dumped by Liz in August.
2010 Begins a relationship with stripper Cheryl Gray, but falls foul of her jealous ex Chris. They have a fight in The Joinery at Peter's stag do, but it's interrupted by the huge explosion and he even saves Chris's life.
