Zara threatens Ian

Charlie announces they could do a charity car wash in the car park to raise money for a mental health charity and everyone thinks it’s a great idea. Charlie's especially keen to get all the women to sign up, but not the men. Judith comes to see Julia to invite her to the launch the next day and is interrupted by Daniel.
From their reactions, Julia gleans that something is going on and Judith confesses she and Daniel kissed but she’s trying to forget about it. When Charlie also interrupts, trying to involve Julia in the car wash, she agrees to attend the launch. Julia tells Daniel about the launch and he tells Zara he hopes it's worth it.
Ruth lets Zara know she has a new patient today – Alex Grey. Zara knows what this means and is spooked. Ian arrives and asks Zara how much she wants? Zara is incredulous. No amount of money can compensate for what he’s done to her. She sees Ian become pained with a heart condition and struggle to take his medication. Will Zara use this to her advantage?
Also, Julia is concerned when the son of a family friend believes he is dead.
