Can Cherry forgive Simon?

Simon is over the moon to wake up beside Will. He wants to make plans for that evening but Will is busy. Simon thanks Cherry for giving him and Will the place to themselves but she is disappointed not to have met him. He promises to make it up to Cherry for forgetting her birthday.
Sapphire reluctantly goes to see Simon and much to Lily’s embarrassment she is rude to all at The Mill. She sees Simon without Lily and gives him a hard time but eventually admits to having a methadone addiction. Lily refuses to believe it, claiming Sapphire is winding Simon up. Heston has to intervene but Lily turns on him.
Also, Karen’s suspicions about the new locum at the Campus land her in serious trouble.
