Zara feels guilty about Matthew

Zara suggests to Matthew that he should hold a launch party for the business on Friday before his Dad goes back to Hong Kong. Matthew thinks it’s a great idea and invites Zara out to lunch with him and his Dad. At lunch, Zara floats her idea to Ian who tries to conceal his anger.

Ian asks what an attractive career woman would want with someone younger like Matthew, but Matthew becomes defensive and Ian backs off. At the end of the day, Zara can't help but feel terrible about using Matthew.

Charlie is condescending and sexist to Michelle so later she confronts him – he’s only a locum so he’s easily dispensed with! Charlie moans to Heston that it’s political correctness gone mad but Heston points out that people are still upset with him over Ruth.

Heston, however, has an idea. Charlie should organise a fundraising event for a local mental health charity and pretend it was his idea. Charlie asks Michelle to get the others together at the end of the day – he’s got something he wants to run by everyone. The team are impressed, and it seems Charlie has a plan.

Also, Cherry becomes suspicious when a friend is approached by her estranged father.
