Bradley asks Syd on a date, but he confesses to Max that he's been sacked from his job. Max advises Bradley to lie. Bradley takes Max's advice and lets her believe that he's still working - but how will he pay for another date?
Janine is lumbered with babysitting Tiffany while Ricky and Bianca go to a parents' evening. Janine is approached by a guy called Rupert, who is interested in a sports car on the lot. Rupert assumes that Tiffany is Janine's daughter and she goes along with the lie.
Patrick agrees to meet up with Tommy again. Tommy feigns interest as Patrick recounts tales of his youth - but what is he really after?
Also, Ian sneakily makes adjustments to Jane and Zainab's estimate for Peggy's wedding reception.
