Peggy confronts Roxy about the pub sale

Peggy encourages Pat to pull down the For Sale sign outside the pub. Peggy confronts Roxy about selling up, but Roxy is adamant it's for the best despite Peggy's opposition. Peggy and Pat mess up the pub to put off potential buyers.
Bianca is put out when she cuddles up to Ricky and he pushes her away. Whitney catches Bianca flirting with one of the customers in the cafe and demands to know what she's playing at. Bianca confesses to Whitney that all's not well in the bedroom at home...
Darren gets a letter about his circumcision operation and Max can't resist winding him up. Darren is obviously terrified. Max thinks Darren is going too far for Jodie, but Darren insists that he wants to do this for her.
