The Vic goes up in flames!

Peggy is stunned by Stacey's revelation that she murdered Archie. Stacey gets Ryan in the pub toilets to make a confession, but Pat interrupts and slaps Stacey and warns her away from Ryan and sends him back to Janine.
Meanwhile, Phil escapes Billy. Peggy finds him downstairs. Phil challenges Peggy to deny she loves the Vic more than him. When Peggy hesitates Phil declares he's going to burn down the pub and he drops a lit match to the floor.
Everyone flees as the flames spread. Phil is still inside and is trapped by a falling timber. Stacey rushes up to the Vic flat to get Lily and calls from a window for help. Ryan climbs a ladder to save Lily, while Peggy and Billy try to drag Phil outside. Will they all escape in time?
