The Food Standards Agency is unlikely to be pleased that the Masala Unit becomes the centre of an emergency labour in EastEnders next week.
But after an altercation with Syed and Christian, Zainab Masood finds herself trapped in the unit - just as she goes into labour!
She faces having the baby on her own, but will someone manage to rescue her at the last minute?
