Mum Peggy's little princess, Sam Mitchell (Danniella Westbrook) has a very tarnished tiara. She likes to get her own way - no matter how much trouble that makes for others.

1990 Arrives in Walford as 15-year-old schoolgirl.
1991 Elopes to Gretna Green with Ricky Butcher.
1992 Has an affair.
1993 Gets a job on a cruise ship and leaves Walford - and Ricky.
1995 Works as a hostess in a bar in Spain. Brothers find her and bring her back to Walford. Purposely wrecks Ricky's relationship with Bianca Jackson.
1996 Returns to Spain.
1999 Back in Walford, begins relationship with Beppe Di Marco, whose family run local pizzeria. He dumps her.
2000 After a brief affair with Steve Owen, leaves Walford again.
2002 Mum Peggy Mitchell finds her working as a lap dancer in Spain. Returns to Walford. Has affairs with Steve and Beppe - again.
2003 Has an affair with Trevor Morgan, the violent husband of Little Mo Slater. Gets out when she realises his true nature.
2004 Left in charge of Mitchell empire. Marries gangster Andy Hunter - but he throws her out when she's conned out of Mitchell property by lawyer Marcus Christie and Den Watts.
2005 Framed by Chrissie Watts for the murder of Den. Phil and Grant rescue her. Still faces charge of perverting the course of justice, jumps bail and flees to Brazil.
2009 Returns to Walford in September and is arrested.
Jan 2010 Arrested and sentenced to 18 months for absconding.
Aug 2010 Gives birth to a baby boy while in hospital. Tells Peggy she's giving him up for adoption.
Sept 2010 Offers to give her son up to Jack and Ronnie after it's revealed that the baby is Jack's, not Ricky's. Tries to persuade Minty to leave Walford with her for a new life at baby George's Christening, but leaves on her own when he dumps her.
