Dan gets the paternity test results
Friday, 29 February 2008 21:30 ITV1

Dan waits anxiously for the results of the paternity test, and Mark is smug when the phone call comes confirming that Jimmy is his son after all. Dan tells Jimmy that he won't get in the way of he and Abi's relationship - but she doesn't know about the paternity test and he'd like it to stay that way.
Meanwhile, Jimmy visits Abi to explain his outburst but she's still upset and asks him to leave. Abi doesn't have the courage to tell Jimmy that she slept with Charlie, but Grace reveals to Abi that she saw everything.
Later, Susan tries to talk to Dan after the DNA test results but he says he can't trust her anymore.
Also, Jackie gets angry when Ian suggests going to live on a Scottish island; Narinder's brother turns up at The Wrecker's Arms and tells Ivy the real reason why his sister is in Polnarren; and Angela puts pressure on Mark to confess their affair to Susan.

Nancy decides that the writers are too old for their audience and orders Jonathan to sack one of them - but he doesn't have the guts to do it. Elsewhere, Carl's ill health gives Sam a new idea for Narinder's story and Jonathan realises that he and Nancy have something in common.
