Lexi confesses to Nicola that she can't have kids and Nicola forces her to tell Carl. Lexi is even more upset when she tells Carl and he seems unmoved. Carl leaves Lexi with Scarlett and heads off to find Jimmy, who pushes him to admit his true feelings to his wife.

Matasha and Mark confront Faye and tell her to leave the area, but Faye is defiant. Natasha offers Faye a huge amount of money and suggests it would keep Ryan out of the army. Will Faye agree to leave?

Pollard gets planning permission for a funeral parlour, but when David points out that it could jeopardise his health and his finances he has second thoughts. Pollard tells the factory staff that he's abandoned the funeral parlour idea, but then makes a furtive call...
