Amanda signs up for nine more months on Emmerdale
21/01/2010 - 14:04

Emmerdale's Amanda Donohoe has extended her contract with the show for another nine months because she says the storylines are too good to miss.
“I’ve just signed up for another nine-month contract,” she tells Soaplife magazine. “I couldn’t not – the scripts are gripping with great conflict and tension.”
In an explosive whodunnit viewers saw Natasha Wylde shoot dead bigamist husband Mark Wylde last week.
Amanda hints there are tough times ahead for Natasha as she struggles to keep her crime secret.
“Denial and survival play massive parts as the storyline unfolds,” she says. “Her biggest fear is her children will learn the truth.”
“If she’s stupid enough to tell someone about it then that could be her downfall.”
