Emmerdale's Viv gets partner shock

Emmerdale's Viv Hope returns to the ITV1 soap on Tuesday - but actress Deena Payne says her character isn't impressed by some of the changes in her absence.
The feisty postmistress has been behind bars for the past year and when she comes home she doesn't realise that busybody Brenda Walker has effectively stepped into her shoes, having taken over half the family business.
"She treats her as someone working for her at first. It's quite a shock for her to know that Brenda's actually her partner," said Deena.
However, it seems their relationship soon mellows.
Deena explained: "Obviously Brenda is Viv's first port of call when she feels that Bob's had an affair with somebody.
"Brenda does wind her up a bit in certain ways, so there is a bit of a sparring partnership there, which is good, and it's great to work with Lesley (Dunlop)."
