Carl King

One of the most easy-going of the King brothers, Carl is a bit of a romantic. He has no real passion for business like his dad and siblings and is usually the one trying to keep the peace.

2004 Sets his sights on Chas after a quick fling with Louise, and wins her over. Accidentally causes the death of postman Paul, but his brothers convince him to cover up his involvement. Splits from Chas and Chloe gets her claws into him.

2005 Falls for Chas but she leaves to join the army. Dates her cousin Del, who realises that he’s still in love with Chas and encourages him to bring her back to the village.

2006 Nearly splits from Chas, but she moves into the King home and he proposes.
