2002 Booked as a nun stripper-gram for distant cousin Marlon Dingle's stag do.

2003 Moves in with dad Shadrach when she's left homeless. Separated from hubby Gordon, who looks after their young son Aaron, who rejects her when he comes for Christmas.

2004 Gets together with Carl King, much to his family's disapproval. Flat-mate Chloe Atkinson schemes to split them up and takes Carl for herself.

2005 Dates policeman Denzil Calburn and her dodgy family are horrified! Still in love with Carl and joins the army to forget him, but Carl finds her and pleads with her to come back.

2006 Dumps Carl when she discovers he slept with her cousin Delilah while she was in the army. Carl proposes after trying to impress her by doing a charity wing-walk. Chas is later blackmailed by his family into canceling their wedding plans.

Actor Profile

Lucy Pargeter

Lucy was born in 1977 and grew up in Nottingham. She was signed up with a showbiz agent by the time she was 16 and appeared in several TV series including Soldier, Soldier and Dalziel and Pascoe.

In the late 90s, Lucy was one third of all-girl band Paper Dolls and toured with top boyband Boyzone.

Her first regular acting role was as ex-stripper Helen Raven in the short-lived remake of British soap Crossroads.

Lucy is engaged to football coach Rudi Coleano and they have one daughter, Lola Grace, born in June 2005.
