Josh tells Dave that he intends to plead guilty and asks if he would like to meet up after the hearing. Although Dave agrees, his answer is not entirely convincing. In court, Josh pleads guilty to drink driving but it all becomes too much for Rhys and he jumps to his feet...
Theresa tells Jacqui she lied about Des coming on to her. Carmel eagerly tries to diffuse the situation but all she does is antagonise Mercedes. Mercedes seems on the brink of telling Carmel the truth about her and Calvin; however she holds her tongue. Finally, Jacqui tells Des that she loves him. Back in the McQueens' a spiteful Mercedes takes the scissors to Carmel's sexy underwear.
Josh tells a drunken Rhys to back off and explains that he is trying to rebuild things with his mates. Josh apologises to Dave for Rhys' behaviour and asks Dave if he would like to go for a drink. Dave replies telling him he means nothing to him.
Also; Dominic and Tony are wary of Cindy's behaviour. Tony tells Dominic that he doesn't want to dampen her spirit. Dominic warns Tony that the search is proving difficult. He suggests that they prepare Cindy for the worst.
