2007 Discovers that reluctant lover John Paul is gay when he kisses Craig Dean at her 18th birthday party. Becomes bulimic and later anorexic. Sectioned after friend and fellow anorexic Melissa dies. Returns from hospital after a slow recovery and falls for Danny Valentine.

2008 Hannah’s dad Neville disapproves of Danny and she has a relapse when Danny reluctantly dumps her. They are reunited, but later split again.
