Home and Away's Lisa has 'simple' life offscreen

Home and Away actress Lisa Gormley has said that her own life off screen seems uncomplicated compared to that of her soap alter-ego Bianca.

Recent plotlines have seen Bianca reunited with Summer Bay bad boy Liam Murphy (Axle Whitehead), following a difficult break-up, and becoming engaged - much to the surprise of viewers in Australia who have already seen his proposal.

"My life is simple in comparison to Bianca's - her's is so dramatic, but I don't need drama in mine!" Lisa told Inside Soap magazine.

"There are some pretty big challenges coming up that Bianca and Liam are going to have to face," she added.

"As always, there'll be smiles and a lot of tears."

Lisa also revealed that Liam's proposal comes at a crucial moment, when Bianca is beginning to doubt their relationship.

"Now they're back together, Bianca is thinking about moving their relationship forward," she said. "But being a man, Liam is just happy treading water.

"Bianca makes it very clear what she wants - but when Liam doesn't seem to reciprocate her feelings, she starts fearing the worst."
