Home & Away's Lisa: 'I want a white Christmas'

Home and Away actress Lisa Gormley has revealed that the thing she wants most over the festive break is a white Christmas.

The British-born actress - who plays teacher Bianca Scott in the Australian soap - said on the show's official website that she would be spending Christmas and New Year back home in the UK.

And she added, Christmas I'm spending with my family in London. Fingers crossed for a white Christmas!

"New Year, with some great friends in the UK. House parties are the best. You don't have to search for someone you love to wish them a happy New Year!"

She also revealed her 2012 hopes for Bianca - who has had an on-off relationship with Summer Bay bad boy Heath Braxton - saying she would like her to find love again.

And she promised next year would bring her character "a bit of stability. And maybe a little more laughter!"
