Twilight star's brother heads for Home & Away

Twilight star Xavier Samuel's younger brother Benedict is set to join the cast of Home And Away.

The 23-year-old Australian actor will take on the guest role of Harman, nicknamed Hammer, who is part of a gang set to rival the River Boys.

Benedict - whose older brother shot to fame playing vampire Riley Biers in the hit movie franchise - told The Herald Sun: "I come in to uphold (my brother's) honour and stir up the Bay.

"I'm hired muscle, which is kind of ironic since I'm the skinniest person you've ever met. There's a lot of pursed lips and steely looks."

Meanwhile Xavier, 27, has just signed up to star in the 1970s surf film Drift alongside fellow Oz actor and Avatar star Sam Worthington.
