By submitting your video to www.youtube.com and emailing your entry to What's on TV you have agreed to enter the competition and abide by the following terms and conditions. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. What's on TV reserves the right to remove and delete videos that are deemed to be of an inappropriate nature.

When you email What's on TV to submit your entry, please include your postal address and a daytime contact telephone number. What's on TV will collect your personal information to process your competition entry. We will NOT be using this competition's entries to send you special offers or to pass onto third parties.

The competition closes on the 11th June 2010. There will be one winner and 9 runners-up prizes awarded. The competition will be judged by a celebrity judge, acting in the capacity of an independent adjudicator, and the winner and runners-up will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will be judged as the most entertaining video submitted in the sole opinion of the judges. The judges decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner and runners-up will be notified in writing and will have 28 days to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not accept within this time frame, What's on TV reserves the right to offer the winner's prize to a runner-up.

The competition is open worldwide to those aged 18 or over and those younger with parental consent, except employees and their immediate families of What's On TV or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

The first prize of £1,000 will be supplied in pounds sterling. Runners-up prizes will be confirmed upon notification of agreeing the runners-up.

The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity relating to the promotion without payment of any fee or recompense beyond out-of-pocket expenses incurred.

The winner will be the person/persons that appear in the video. What's on TV will not differentiate between the persons in the video and the actual entrant.

The winner's performance at a UK venue will be fulfilled within the period 2010-2011, subject to the winner, IPC Media and the venue's approval. Full details will be confirmed with the winning artist within this period. The winning artist will not be paid for their performance and no cash alternative will be offered. The winners travel & accommodation to the UK venue is included within the prize.

When you send a video to us you do so in accordance with these terms and conditions. This means that you hereby agree that you have taken the video(s) you have sent to us or you have permission from or are authorised by the owner of the videos(s) to send it (them) to us, and you are granting us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish or otherwise use the videos(s) in any way and at any time we wish.

Selected video and graphical material will be published at the discretion of the editor and you will not be paid, even if your video(s) is (are) published, unless you are the first prize-winner, in which case you will be awarded the prize fee of £1,000.

We may cut, edit, crop or arrange your video(s) as we think fit to appear and we may remove your video(s) at any time.

Your name will be published alongside your video(s), but we may edit or delete any comments which you submit along with your video(s).

IMPORTANT: You or the owner of the video(s) still own the copyright in the video(s) sent to us however for the duration of the competition, until it closes on the 11th June 2010, you agree to not supply the video in any format or medium to any other third party.

The winner and runners-up will be published on www.whatsontv.co.uk before the 12th July 2010. Details can be obtained from The Promoter after this time.
