Alisha Bennett is the favourite to be eliminated from this week’s X Factor, according to bookmakers Paddy Power.
The 23-year-old – who is Sharon Osbourne’s last remaining act – has odds of 2-1 to be given the chop on Saturday night. Alisha has been in the bottom two twice before but has won favour with the public in recent weeks.
Meanwhile, Beverley’s odds of being eliminated have now shortened since she was in the bottom two on last Saturday’s show, and she is now second favourite at 3-1.
The two outsiders for elimination are Niki and Rhydian, although there is a marked difference in their odds – while Niki is 9-1, Rhydian’s odds of getting the boot are a considerably longer 50-1.
The Welsh opera singer is now the hot favourite to win the series, at 8-15. Second favourite Niki has odds of 4-1.
The seven remaining acts will perform disco classics on Saturday night’s show. Alisha will attempt to stay in the competition with a rendition of Young Hearts Run Free while Rhydian will perform the Village People/Pet Shop Boys hit go West.
