We salute Dr Rangan for his work in tonight's edition of the series that sees GPs move in with families to offer them health advice. He tackles a complicated and difficult case involving the Ashton family from Manchester. The main reason they need help is dad Ray, 47, who suffers from back, neck and shoulder pain. For the past 20 years he has been taking a cocktail of strong painkillers, which Dr Rangan believes he may now have become addicted to. Ray is also a body builder who works out every day, despite the pain. While making an extraordinary difference to Ray's life, the doc also tackles five-year-old Lucas's eczema. Inspiring stuff, and possibly even life-changing for anyone suffering from similar ailments.
