As Uncle Pete lies in a coma, Patty realises the FBI must have tried to flip him and can only wonder what secrets he's divulged. Her anxiety is soon lifted when her uncle stages a miraculous recovery and tells her she's in the clear.
At the mercy of the Feds once more, Uncle Pete remains steadfast and keeps schtum, but Pete's hired-gun, Patrick, is back in town and he's nervous. Determined that Uncle Pete should never be able to spill the beans, he administers a lethal injection into the old man's drip.
Frobisher's plans to move on with his life and build a spiritual healing centre on the land where he was shot are derailed by Bearded Man, who delivers a stark warning that Frobisher can't walk away from his murderous deeds… cue cocaine, a hooker and his decision to stand down as lead plaintiff in the UNR suit.
Patty's hubby, Phil, also gives in to temptation when Lester invites him to cash in on the UNR energy scheme. Seduced by the promise of oodles of cash, Phil puts the transaction through a subsidiary account, but not before he's passed on enough information to Patty for her to unravel Kendrick's plan.
Ellen, meanwhile, is on the troubled side after a conversation with her late fiance. Fast forward three months, however, and Ellen's looking more assured as she holds Patty at gunpoint in Room 1910... But is her aim up to the mark?
