Michael C Hall is being as 'amazing as usual' on the set of Dexter, according to a co-star
David Zayas, who plays Detective Angel Batista, says the show's leading man is in good health and enjoying working again following his treatment for Hodgkin's lymphoma.
"Michael is doing fantastic, he's back 100 per cent and he's amazing as usual," David revealed at the LA premiere of The Expendables.
"We are shooting the fifth season right now, we're halfway through and it's a great season," he explained.
"There are going to be a lot of interesting twists, it's going to be really good."
Zayas plays a South American dictator in the new Sylvester Stallone action flick. Speaking on the red carpet, he admitted he was proud to be invited on board as a baddie.
"I would want to make a movie with any one of these stars and to share the screen with all of them was amazing and so much fun," he told reporters.
"I saw all those names come in and I was like 'Wow!' and they're all trying to kill little old me!"
*Dexter returns to FX in the UK on Friday, August 20
