In the alternate world, Peter helps Walternate uncover the source of the shapeshifters.
Fauxlivia and Agent Lee are led to a warehouse full of frozen shapeshifters and capture bio-weapon terrorist David Robert Jones, who is nonchalant about his arrest. Back at Fringe HQ, Peter reveals he knows Jones from his previous experiences.
The team attempts to find out what Jones is doing in this world, but they are forced to release him after he unleashes a deadly bio-weapon in a hospital and vows to commit more attacks unless he is freed.
Meanwhile, in our world, Walter receives a surprise visitor who begs him to help Peter return to his own timeline. And Olivia finds herself in danger as she learns Jones is up to no good in both worlds.
