Glee's Jane to get Madonna makeover in new episode

Jane Lynch can't wait for Glee fans to see her strike a pose in a special Madonna-themed episode.

Jane - who plays sharp-tongued teacher Sue Sylvester - and the rest of the cast of the hit E4 show met fans at a special Q&A in Beverly Hills.

She said: "Curt and Mercedes give me a makeover and it leads to doing the Vogue video. Basically we do it almost shot for shot, it's amazing."

Jane also revealed all about what we have to look forward to in the last part of season one when it screen in the UK, including extra special guest appearances.

"Neil Patrick Harris and I [film] a scene in a week, then there's Molly Shannon who plays Brenda Castle, the big alcoholic floozy who overpowers Sue. Olivia Newton John doing the physical video, it's pretty good," she said.

The star also joked that she's learned to embrace her unsexy outfits on the show.

"I love going to work and putting on a tracksuit, I love it, I love to see what colour I get to wear that day. Sometimes I get to do two or three scenes and I get to wear two or three colours - it's awesome!" she laughed.
