Glee's Lea: 'No more break ups for Rachel'

Glee star Lea Michele says show sweethearts Rachel Berry and Finn Hudson have been through enough break-ups.

Her character Rachel and high school jock Finn's on-and-off romance has been the main love story of the US show, and Lea hopes they stay together in their final year at school.

She said: "I think that Finn and Rachel have broken up enough so I hope that they don't break up this year."

Lea added: "But I think it's going to be really interesting to see what happens at the end of the year. She wants to go to New York and he hasn't really decided where he wants to go so..."

Lea is delighted that Rachel's real mother Shelby Corcoran, played by Idina Menzel, is back for the third season.

She said: "I love Edina. I love working with her. And I love the mother-daughter relationship that they have because it's beautiful.

"But it's also a little tense sometimes and there's a lot of weird emotions, so that's fun to play with as an actor.

"It's not just a normal relationship - there's a lot of history."

Glee can be seen on Sky1 on Thursdays.
