Heroes speed freak: 'I was slow at school' (VIDEO)
28/10/2008 - 17:21

Heroes star Brea Grant has revealed she hasn't always been as fast as her speedster character Daphne Millbrook.
When asked if she had always been very fast, Brea said: "Probably not. Like in grade school, no, but I am now. And I talk really fast, can't you tell? But I'm slowing down a little bit."
Brea, who plays a new villain in the hit US series, was in the UK with other members of the Heroes cast at the London Expo movie and comic book convention.
The 27-year-old actress also revealed that she found playing Daphne easy because the Heroes characters are fully formed by the producers before the actors are even chosen.
"My character has been very shaped before I even got on the set, which is actually very helpful, I think, as an actor," said Brea. "The writers are just geniuses and they are always there for me to ask questions like 'why would Daphne do this?'" she added.
