Heroes to get a fourth season

Good news for embattled Heroes fans: it looks like the show will survive to a fourth season.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, US network NBC will commit to another series of the show, despite falling ratings.
The network's Entertainment President Angela Bromstad said they planned to order 18-20 episodes of the show for next season, adding that she was impressed by how well the series had performed internationally.
"Every single place you go, they have heard about Heroes - whether you're in China or Japan or Russia," she said. "To me, that is global content."
Meanwhile, consulting producer Bryan Fuller is already looking towards the fourth season of the show, telling Entertainment Weekly that the season three finale will set the stage for what's coming next.
"Basically, the last act of episode 25, similar to what's been done in the past, opens up a new chapter of Heroes," he said. "It sets up arcs for a variety of characters."
And it seems Claire (Hayden Panettiere) is one of the characters set for an interesting future.
Bryan said: "We set all the pieces up in terms of Claire's attitude and what her trajectory is going to be in season four. You will have a very strong idea by the end of this season's final episode where Claire is going and what's going to be happening with the Petrellis."
