Brother's Keeper

The Haitian has been sent by Angela to erase Peter and Nathan/Sylar's memories of recent events but he decides, instead, to tell Peter the truth. He instructs him to visit a storage facility, where Peter and Nathan/Sylar discover Nathan's preserved corpse.

The brothers then learn that Matt is in hospital in Texas and head off to help him. Peter heals Matt and the cop explains recent events and that the body they've found is that of the real Nathan. Then Sylar takes control of Matt and tries to get Nathan/Sylar to touch his hand, realising it's all he needs to get his body back. Suddenly, a guard rushes in causing them to touch and Sylar transfers back into his own body. Nathan/Sylar then flies out of the window with Peter in tow.

It's nine weeks ago and Mohinder watches a film in which his father explains Samuel's powers, including the startling fact that they increase exponentially when he's near other people with abilities. Mohinder searches out Joseph, Samuel's brother, who tells him to destroy the film but, as he's about to do so, Hiro appears, freezes time and takes the film for Samuel in exchange for Charlie's return.

Suddenly, Samuel enters, demanding the film. When it's not forthcoming, he shoots Mohinder with a handful of crushed rock. Luckily, Mohinder survives - Hiro has fitted him with a Kevlar vest! Hiro reappears and tells his friend to lay low for a while but Mohinder refuses, so Hiro transports him to a padded cell in a mental institution...

And Tracy is losing control of her powers and heads to Noah's apartment for help. Claire finds her there but Tracy inadvertently freezes her, though Claire heals herself, to Tracy's relief. She tells Claire of Samuel's offer to join his 'family' and eventually decides to talk with him further...
