House and the team take on the case of Frankie, a blogger who keeps her internet readers informed of her experiences in the hospital. She's experienced strange bruises on her face, the result of blood coagulation problems, and Taub and Thirteen search her apartment for evidence of toxins. Chase soon realises that Frankie has heart valve problems and she's given the choice of a plastic valve or a pig's heart. Her boyfriend is unimpressed, however, when she turns to her blog readers for advice.
Meanwhile, House is watching a porn movie when he recognises one of the actors - it's Wilson.
And House is persuaded to join Wilson at a speed dating bar in an attempt to meet a real woman, but he fears for his chances when Wilson brings Chase along, too.
