...And Then There Were None

The episode opens with Eve, the Mother of All, releasing a parasitic worm that infects a truck driver, causing him to brutally murder his wife.

Dean, Sam and Bobby partner up with fellow hunter Rufus to track Eve down. Heading out to a warehouse, the gang find Samuel and the Winchesters’ cousin Gwen are also on the lookout.

When Dean is infected by Eve’s weapon of mass destruction, he kills Gwen. After the gang argue over how best to kill the parasite, Samuel attacks Dean. But Sam comes to his brother’s defence and kills Samuel.

Rufus and Bobby try to get the worm out of Samuel by electrocuting him. When the worm escapes, everyone agrees to be given a shock to find out who is the new host. It ends up being inside Bobby, who kills Rufus. Sam and Dean then torture the worm out of Bobby before destroying it.

The episode ends with Bobby pouring a bottle of scotch whiskey onto Rufus' grave.
