Live Free or Twihard

After seven girls turn up dead and another goes missing, Dean and Sam discover they all had something in common: they were all obsessed with vampires.

After group of bloodsuckers hijack a shipment of blood, Samuel calls Sam and tells him what happened. They wonder why vampires are stealing blood when they already have victims.

While investigating a known Goth hangout, Sam and Dean are set upon by vampires. One of them (Boris) attacks Dean and feeds him some of his blood. Sam arrives but hesitates before chasing the vampire away.

At the motel, Dean starts to grow fangs, but Samuel tells him of a cure which requires the blood of Boris, the vampire who turned him. When Dean leaves for the vampires' nest, Samuel wonders if Sam let his brother get infected so that they could find the alpha vamp that they have been searching for.

At the nest, Dean is taken to see Boris, who says he's over 600 years old, and that his job is to recruit vampires and their fans. Failing to stab the vampire with a syringe filled with dead man's blood, Dean makes a run for it, destroying Boris's vampire brides and his helper Robert, before decapitating Boris.

Back at the motel, Dean can't remember what he saw in the nest, but he does know that the vampires have a psychic link with their alpha, and that he is sending them telepathic messages to recruit vampires to build an Army.

Dean then drinks the cure, which make him remember seeing Sam standing by as Boris fed him his blood.
