Mannequin 3 - The Reckoning

In Paterson, New Jersey, Sam and Dean suspect the haunting of a mannequin is responsible for two deaths - a janitor in a biology lab and a night watchman at a garment factory. After some research, Dean discovers a seamstress called Rose, who worked at the factory, went missing a year ago. He then gets a call from Ben telling him that Lisa is acting strange and he leaves to see what is going on.

Sam visits Rose's sister Isabel and discovers both victims used to work together at a factory, but the janitor resigned soon after Rose disappeared. After saving a third worker called Jonny from becoming the next victim, he learns that Rose was accidentally killed after a cruel joke went awry. Jonny and a group of guys lured Rose to a fake romantic dinner in order to humiliate her, but she died after hitting her head on a table. Sam tracks down her body buried in the woods and burns the bones in a bid to expel the ghost, but Jonny is still murdered.

Dean returns after saying his final goodbyes to Lisa, and Sam learns that Rose gave her kidney to Isabel when they were youngsters, which means a part of Rose is keeping her ghost active. The ghost then possesses the Impala, but crashes while trying to run down Dean, killing Isabel in the process.
